Groups that ROCC!
Crafting, painting and pottery are some of the activities facilitated in this work group. Bring your own project, or use supplies on hand at ROCC to create something new with a group of friendly folks.
This is a support group for those who experience or have experienced anxiety in their lives. A daily meditation is read at the beginning and then the group goes around the table to share.

When was the last time a movie made you think, feel or even cry? We play quality movies and there is even soda & popcorn with real butter!
Women only support group for healing from trauma
-Continuing Peer Education-
Peers from multiple communities come together to co-reflect, exchange ideas, have small events that educate participants in Peer Support. Everyone is welcome!
-Community Meeting (ROCCTALK)-
A meeting where peers who come to ROCC and staff get together to share ideas for new things for ROCC and voice any comments, questions, concerns or suggestions that they might have. We want to hear from you!
This discussion/art activity group is based on the book “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron. Participants are working on individualized plans to recover from obstacles to their creativity, and discussion revolves around 10 important areas of wellness.
-DDA (Dual Diagnoses Anonymous)-
This peer support group is based on an authorized version of the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous plus an additional 5 Steps that focus on Dual Diagnosis. Someone who identifies as having experience with both mental health and substance abuse issues would benefit from participating.
-Dungeons & Dragons-
We meet twice a week to use our imaginations to travel to a world of our own making . collaborative team, creativity , we also use our strengths that we have in the real world. Meet us at Fresh Start Coffee House pull up a chair. Beat back a goblin make some friends have some fun. :-)

Information, support and discussion that promotes wellness and understanding is provided by facilitator Aaron Benson.
Walking is the easiest way to give yourself some physical self-care. Doing it with people makes it fun!

A gathering for women who support each other in wellness and safety through conversation and resource information sharing.
